Cannot decide on a family holiday HELP!?

So the same situation happens each year, we get to planning a family holiday and we can't seem to decide on a place where everybody will have a good time.
My dad wants a week somewhere its not going to rain and with an 18hole golf course.
My mum wants somewhere not too hot where she can do coastal walking (or something similar)
My sister wants somewhere with lots of activities so she won't bored.
We would like to go somewhere in Europe.
Any help would be appreciated.
