It is not hard to play golf, as you can see you just take a swing and hit the ball. If you have a natural skill for golf, there is only a little bit to improved on like foot action, leg and knee action, hip and shoulder action, arm action and hand and wrist action. If you can do these actions properly, you can execute and perform a very strong yet effortless swing release.

Your foot action is very important because it's the only contact to the ground. You will need a good foundation before you take you're swing. Distributing your weight equally is good advice. There are three stances in golf: square stance, closed stance, and open stance.

In square stance your feet are equally distanced from your line of flight. The imaginary line between the ball and its target. This stance is recommended for the overall compact and control. Being in a closed stance then the left foot is closer to the right foot when your going to draw or hook the ball. With open stance your left foot is back farther from the line than your right one is. This is a good stance when you fade or slice the ball the the right of the target.

Your legs need to be firmly planted and your knees slightly flexed with leg and knee action. Your left leg will go through the foot action you've already done. This is a synchronized movement. You probably look as if you're dancing. Remember that your knees need to be flexed throughout the swing. It's important that you understand the important part of maintaining a good sequence and foundation. This needs to be synchronized in order to be a good and accurate swing.

Hip and Shoulder Action is the turning of the shoulder on the back swing that sets up the plane of your swing and with the hips restricted slightly they are preparing you for the downswing. The key point of this action is very crucial, the right hip/leg has turned very little, assuring that you are building a rubber band effect on your swing. Shoulders can turn comfortably against your right hip.
