# 1 Denver Performing Arts Complex

This may seem strange to list the Denver Performing Arts Complex as number one on our list until you realize that it is the largest performing arts center in the country after Lincoln Center in New York.

The block of four, 12-acre complex houses the Ballet Colorado, Opera Colorado and the Colorado Symphony. Customers can also get touring Broadway shows, concerts and theater professionals at the center of the arts.

Denver Center for the Performing Arts, as an organization, covering the Denver Center Theater Company, Denver Center Attractions, the National Theater Conservatory and Denver Center Theater Academy.

Buell Theater, Ellie Caulkins Opera House, and the theater space are just some of the places found in the complex.

# 2 Red Rocks

The famous Red Rocks is a 868-acre park and amphitheater located 15 miles outside of Denver. He is a famous place concert celebrating the world and often voted the best place to see a show in the United States.

Denver Center premiere amusement park, Elitch Gardens, entered into its 120th season on May 1, 2010.

As one of the main Denver destinations for fun, Elitch Gardens has delighted visitors with its thrilling rides, manicured gardens, the ballroom at the Trocadero, and the Theater in gardens.

# 10 from 16th Street Mall

As you can imagine the 16th Street Mall is located on 16th Street in downtown Denver. It This is one of a mile long pedestrian promenade with Denver's top restaurants and shops - more than 500 retailers in all.

You'll find retailers such as Virgin Records Megastore, Niketown, and The Gap. The restaurants include Maggiano's Little Italy, Hard Rock Cafe, and Rock Brewery in the background.
